Edit an order
Change order details, customer info, and status from the order modal
From the order board, opening an order shows a detail view where you can review line items, customer information, status, payments, and available timeslots.
Payment and gift cards
On the Order tab, the Total section shows the order amount. If the customer used a gift card:
- Expand the Total accordion.
- Review Paid by Gift Card and Paid by [payment method] so you can see how the order was paid.
- Use PDF to download a receipt with the same breakdown.
