Menus overview
Structure menus, service types, and what customers see on your storefront
Menus control what customers can order on your storefront and how those items are grouped.
Open menu management
- Select your location.
- In the sidebar, click Menus.
- You see your menu list for that location.
Main concepts
| Concept | What it means |
|---|---|
| Menu | A service offering (for example: pickup lunch, delivery dinner). Each menu can have its own hours and delivery settings. |
| Products | Items customers add to the cart—linked from the menu’s product list. |
| Modsets | Option groups (size, toppings, extras) attached to products. |
| Hours | Regular or special hours at the menu or location level. |
Typical setup order
- Create or edit a menu and set its service type (pickup, delivery, etc.).
- Add products and prices.
- Attach modsets where items need choices.
- Confirm hours so the menu appears when you are open.
Changes save to your live storefront when published according to your workflow. If a menu does not appear online, check that hours are enabled and the menu is active.
